三效外循环蒸发器

一、用途Usage

本设备适用于制药、生物、食品、化工等行业，常用于中药提取液、精细化工溶液等蒸发。

  This equipment is applied to evaporate extracting liquid from Chinese traditional medicine, fine chemical liquid etc. used in such fields as pharmacy, biology, food and chemical industry etc.

二、特点Characteristics

采用三效同时蒸发，二次蒸汽得到充分利用，节能。设备内外精密抛光，符合GMP要求。

1. 设备主要由一二三效加热器、一二三效蒸发器、消泡器、冷凝器、受液罐等组成。

2. 采用减压操作，蒸发温度低、速度快，各仪表阀门配置合理方便操作。

1. triple-effect evaporating means the vapor can be abundantly used twice, which economizes energy remarkably. It’s polished in both internal and external side in accordance with GMP requirements.

2. It’s mainly made up of triple-effect heater, evaporator, foam-breaker, condenser and receive tank etc.

3. With decompressing operation, the temperature of evaporating is low, and speed is higher. Each instrumentation valve is well arranged for easier operation.
