将需要造粒的主料和辅料按合适的比例和配方加入到该设备的搅拌容器内，粉体物料和粘结剂在圆筒形容器中由底部混合桨经过高速充分混合后，形成湿润软材，然后由侧置的高速粉碎桨切割成均匀的湿颗粒，从而实现了造粒的目的。该设备也可以选配真空干燥和辅助系统设备来实现一步到位，直接获得成品。

该设备尤其适用于轻质细粉物料的造粒。细粉物料微粒越细，经造粒后颗粒的球形度越高，成球质量越好，一般要求物料造粒前的粒度应小于200目为宜。主要应用的领域有：制药产品、食品和饲料、陶瓷产品、塑料、橡胶、轮胎、聚合物和树脂、生化产品、化学品及化肥、香水、色素和染料、蔬菜和植物提取物、芳香物、粮食产品等。

The major and auxiliary materials for pelleting are added in the stirred vessel of this equipment as per proper proportion and formula; the powder materials and binder are fully mixed at the bottom of cylindrical vessel by mixing blade at high speed to form the wet non-rigidmaterial, and then cut into even wet granule by high-speed crushing blade set on the side, thus to realize the pelleting purpose. This equipment may be provided with vacuum drying and auxiliary system to produce the finished product in one step.

The equipment is particularly applicable to the pelleting of light fine materials. The finer fine materials may result in high sphericility and good pelletization quality after the pelleting. In general, the particle size of material is proper to be less than 200 meshes. This equipment is mainly applied in the pharmaceutical product, food and feed, ceramic product, plastic, rubber, tire, polymer and resin, biochemical product, chemicals and fertilizer, perfume, pigment and dye, vegetables and plant extracts, aromatic substance, and food products.
