玻璃纤维电刷软管系采用无碱玻璃纤维编织管浸涂粘结剂粘结而成，具有优良的柔软性和剪口不散的特点。适用于电刷辫护套。

　　 外观：表面无皱纹、花斑和发粘现象，但允许有玻璃丝管引起的小颗粒，颜色黑色或深色，无明显褪色现象。

　　 耐热性：管子在130±2℃恒温箱中垂直放置24小时，冷却后缠绕于规定的棒径上漆膜无断裂现象。

　　 耐搓：管子剪开截面后，用手指搓动10次，截面散开不超过二个花纹（即二个交叉点）。

　　 导线色泽一致性：导线被软管套入部分的色泽应与未套入部分一致。

　　 Twist resistance:When the sleeving is cut and the new end is twisted ten times by fingers,the crosscut will not get loose by two inter-sections of braid.

　　 Compatibility of wire is colour:The colour of the wire inserted inside the sleeving should be compatible with the colour it was uninserted.
