无碱玻璃纤维布适用于作电绝缘云母制品、电绝缘漆布、带和玻璃钢等的增强材料。

无碱布系采用含铝硼硅酸盐成份的玻璃纤维织造而成，其碱金属氧化物含量不大于0.8%。拉制玻璃纤维原纱时采用石腊乳剂作浸润剂，其含量不大于2.2%。如果更换其他类型的浸润剂或改变含量，由供需双方协商决定。
