生产线特点和功能

一出四PVC管材生产线即一模生产四条线管，在保证产品质量的前提下，改设备降低了设备投入成本、厂房投入成本和生产投入成本，大大提高产量，减少生产时间。

生产范围：生产管材直径的范围为16mm-32mm

装机总功率：在80KW左右

生产能力：一出四管材生产线在保持一出二管材生产线产品质量的前提下，产量提高了约60%-70%

电力损耗：平均每吨只需80-90KW电耗

噪音总量：生产线正常启动后，基本无噪音

粉尘污染：一出四管材生产线切割部分为无屑切割，整条生产线基本无粉尘污染
