        利用*的检测技术、控制技术、计算机技术、通讯技术、机器人技术(机器人特殊的专用检测、控制模块等),结合汽车零部件生产控制工艺要求,研制、开发出七大汽车零部件生产与检测自动化系统。

        Utilizing the advanced detection technique, control technique, computer technology and Robot technoloy, combine with the technics requirement of the Auto Parts, we research and develop seven kinds of Auto parts production and detection Automatic System.

        一、汽车空调生产线系统Automotive Air-conditioning System

        1、系统功能:极大提高汽车空调生产线自动化程度,保证生产效率、产品品质

        System function: To maximize the level of automation, guarantee the productivity effect and product quality.

        2、专用技术:自动检漏、测漏,热交换器管路装配与防错探测

        Unique technoloy: Automatic Leak detection, heatexchanger pipeline assemble and fail-save detection.

        3、实际应用 Practical Application

        已完成多条生产线,均为国内的同类系统。

        Numerous production lines had been accomplished, which are the most advanced of this kind in China.

        (1)、PQ35类产品的生产:为贝洱首条替代进口的空调生产线,兼容6类、9个产品,如Sagita、Turan、Octavia,应用中仍不断扩充兼容新型号,如Model S,Model K。 目前在远超出当时设计要求能力的负荷下运转;

        The producing of PQ35 series:Behr’s first air condition producing line replaced the imported ones, is compatible to 6 categoris、9 products, such as Sagita、Turan、Octavia, which is continuously expanding in application, like Model S, Model K. They are over-loaded than they were designed to be.

        (2)、Model F 生产:为PQ24平台产品的装配检测线,生产如Model F、Polo等产品;

        Producing of Model F:Assembly and inspection line of PQ24 platform product, manufacturing products such as Model F、Polo.

        (3)、W204:是奔驰汽车配套线,性能要求更高。

        W204:It is a corollary line for Mercedes-Benz, which requires higher performance.

        二、汽车转向助力器装配检测系统Testing system of Automotive power assisted steering assembly.

        Testing system of power assisted steering assembly for vehicle

        1、系统功能:兼容生产单膜片、双膜片、不同尺寸的多种型号产品。包括助力器装配检测、主缸装配检测两大部分,具有繁多的支线。It can manufacture many varieties production of single-diaphragm 、double-diaphragm and different dimension, including two main functions: t booster assembly test and master cylinder assembly test,  and be with various branch lines.

        2、主要功能模块 Main function modules

        贯穿杆气密铆接设备:是生产线核心设备之一,一次成型,保证气密性。不同产品变化很大,兼容难度高。Sealing riveting equipments of trans-rod: the key equipment of production line, one-step forming guarantees air tightness. Different products vary a lot and be difficult to compatible .

        中壳铆接:具有丰富的防错装漏装、参数控制能力。Intermediate axle housing riveting:holding abundant error-proofing equipments and capacity of parameter control.

        关键尺寸调整:采用闭环伺服控制技术保证精确的内部结构参数,是质量特性关键参数的保证措施。Adjustment of key dimensions:adopting closed-loop servo control to ensure precise inner structural parameters, which is the guarantee of mass parameters.

        复杂的阀体装配:零件多、体积小、结构复杂;而质量要求高,自动化程度要求高。在线检测关键参数。Complicated valve-body assembly:Lots of parts,small size ,complex structure; nevertheless, high quality and automation requirements. Key parameters can be tested on line.

        综合性能测试:是线上的核心设备。测试参数齐全、自动化完成。首先模拟完成装配的条件再进行检测,发现问题有机会返工处理,提高成品率降低成本。对于我国目前原料级零件质量不够高的实际情况具有很大意义。Multiple functions testing:the core equipment of lines.  The parameter is unabridged and auto-accomplished.  Simulate the assembly conditions first, then test. Modification will be done when problem occurs. It enhances the rate of finished products and reduces the cost. It is meaningful for the actual situation of inferior raw-material class spare parts

        主缸测试:是主缸生产的核心。参数齐全、自动化完成。Master cylinder testing:main core of master cylinder production. Parameters are completed automatically.

        3、实际应用 Practical Application

        三、汽车制动系统Auto brake system

        汽车制动是保证汽车安全的主要系统之一,制动系统本身的可靠性需要在设计、原件选用、生产装配等过程中保证,生产装配的自动化、标准化和精密化可用本系统实现。

        The Breaking system is one of most impontant system of Auto. The reliability of Breaking system is guaranteed by the process of design, selection of original parts and product assemble. This System realizes the assembly and production be automatic, standardized and precise.

        1、系统功能:包括主缸高低压及动作自动检测、自动装配、自动涂脂及功能检测等。

        System function: Including the auto-detection ,auto-assembly auto-greasing and function testing of the high-low pressure and motion of master cylinder.

        2、实际应用 Practical Application

        四、汽车动力转向器装配检测系统Testing system of automotive power steering gear assembly

        1、系统功能:实现汽车动力转向器的自动装配、装配检测和转向器的性能检测功能;提高装配效率;

        System function: To realize the auto-assembly, auto-detection of assembly and the performance testing function of the Auto power steeing gear. To enhance assembling efficiency

         2、实际应用 Pracical Application

        五、桥壳焊接系统Welding system of axle housing

        1、系统功能:桥壳焊接工作环境恶劣,工作强度大,本系统是一套由各功能模块组成的复合重型设备系统,包括机械手抓取、定位、切割等功能。

        System function: axl housing welding is rough and high working strength. This system is a compond heavy equipment which consist of multi-function modules, including the function of manipulator gripping, locating and cutting.

        六、涡轮增压器系统Turbocharger system

        1、系统功能:本系统对汽车发动机涡轮增压生产、装配进行检测、控制,提高生产效率;

        System function: To test and control the production and assembly of Auto Turbocharging; and, enhance productivity

        七、刹车间隙自动调整臂装配检测Testing of break clearence automatic adjustment brachia assembly

        1、系统功能:汽车刹车间隙对于汽车制动、保证安全极为重要,故对于刹车间隙自动调整臂装配检测的精密性要求很高,本系统可高效实现本功能;

        System function: The break clearence is importance to the trig and safty. The Auto-slacker adjuster of break clearence requires high precision of assembly and detection. This system achieves the function efficiently.
