3、模头采用弹性好调节精密结构以解决薄膜横向厚度不均匀现象。

4、延辊内部流道设计合理确保辊面温度均匀,对于不同要求的流延膜可以采用胶辊、风刀或者辅以真空、锁边等装置更能提高塑料薄膜的成型效率和质量。

5、为解决膜卷有暴筋现象,本设备还设有偏摆及张力收卷装置。
