由于客观原因,我的2个DP从站不能用profibus总线直接连接,而是只能2个DP从站各出一根线。
请问如果我用端子台把2根DP从站出线连接起来,这样是否会影响DP通信效果。
或者说有没有更好的办法把那2根线接连且尽量不影响DP通信稳定性。
我这2个从站都是关键性的,不受通信干扰。

答:总线电缆不从模板端子上接线而从控制柜(操作台)的端子中接线,这种接线方法是常见的。只有注意从模板到控制柜(操作台)的端子之间的连接的线缆要与外部总线线缆的型号规格*,接线方法也要*,并且不要与动力线缆同走一个线槽。这样不会影响DP通信效果。
