本机利用聚丙稀、聚乙稀为原料、经加热、挤出、拉伸、形成扁丝。可利用全部再生回料拉制扁丝。挤出机螺杆、料简，经氮化处理，硬度达到HV700以上。经久耐用。

　　To shape flat silk ike products from polypropylenepolythene treating in process of heating,squeezingstretching,and the recovery can be retreated. The shaped bolttube,which are given nitrogen treatment to reach the hardness above HV700,is wear-resesting in longservice life.
