PS发泡片材挤出机PS FOAM SHEET EXTRUSION LINE

简介 Applications:

本机采用*的双极串联发泡技术，以聚苯乙烯为原料。原料在挤出过程中经高压注入发泡剂，经模头挤出发泡，经定型鼓冷却定型切割，经牵引收卷后完成PS发泡卷材生产的全过程。也可以用聚乙烯为主要原料做高标准PE发泡产品。PS发泡片材是一种新型的包装材料，不但有珍珠般的外观色泽，还具有隔热、隔音、耐冲击、保温、防潮、安全卫生等优点，广泛用于食品、水果、电子、日用品、五金制品等多种产品的包装及广告板。

PS foam sheet extrusion line adopts advances double-stage series foam technology,use PS（polystyrene） granule as main material.The material after being put into the extruder hopper,being melt and plastified with the agent in the screw,it will e extruded out through the die.It si cooling molded and cut at the colling drum,then through the traction and collecting part to get the PS foam sheet rolls.Using LDPE as main material can get high standard PE foam sheet rolls. PS foam sheet is a new type of packing material, not only have pearlescent appearance but also have characters of good heat and noise insulation,cushion protection,heating protection,moisture resistance,safe and clean,etc.It is widely used in the packing sphere of food,fruit,electron,commodity,hardware products.It also can used to produce advertisement board.
