• 特点
  1. 塑料是在熔体状态下被刀片切下，经循环水冷却后凝固，不同粘度的高聚物均可采用这种切粒形式，熔体状态下切粒不会产生任何粉尘，而且切粒形状规整，包装、运输均比较方便；
  2. 根据挤出量自动匹配调节模头的出料量和切粒速度，来改变切粒的大小，也可以人工采用不同刀片数量的刀架来改变切粒大小和形状；
  3. 本机把切粒、冷却融为一体，省去了4-6m长的冷水槽，大大减少了占地面积。
