作用在先导阀右端单向阀阀芯3的液压力大于左端弹簧压力,下限单向阀6打开,上限单向阀3关闭,主阀右腔经先导阀于T口相通泄压,在左端压力作用下克服右端弹簧压力右移,P口与A口间的单向阀关闭,恢复全流量向下游系统供液,充液过程结束。
WE型方向阀是电磁铁操作的方向滑阀。它控制液流的开启、关闭和流动方向。方向阀主要由阀体和一个或两个电磁铁、阀芯以及一个或两个复位弹簧组成。有没有通电情况下,阀芯在复位弹簧作用下处于中位或原位(脉冲式除外)。控制阀芯申湿式电磁铁进行操作。为了确保获得满意的操作。务必注意在电磁线圈的压力腔充满油液。
电磁金手指作用力经由推杆作用于阀芯,推动它由静止位至终端位。这样压力油液从p至A和从B 至T ,或者从P至B 和从A至T导通。在电磁铁断电后,由复位弹簧将阀芯推回中位。作为可选应急操作可在无电磁铁控制下使阀芯换向。
