1. These cable straps moulded in unreinforced have good flex strength and creep resistance, and a UL94 V2 rating. allows easy filling of complex mould cavities,resulting in fast moulding cycles.
2. The Rover 25 Diesel fuel swirl pot is manufactured from an unreinforced heat stabilised variant. The product was chosen due to the ability of the grade to resist contact with Diesel fuel and elevated temperatures.
3. The body and actuators of these switches are moulded in an unreinforced resin. The grade withstands the soldering temperatures,meets the relevant flammability requirements and also enables snap fit features to be incorporated. 6. 101F is used in this refrigerator lamp housing for its good elongation, UL94 V2 rating and excellent surface glossiness. It is also unaffected by cleaning materials.
7. Cupboard hinges moulded in 135F allow fast cycling and economical manufacturing. They show excellent stiffness and toughness, as well as resistance to creep and fatigue.
